The Maastricht police commissioner requested that Abraham Levie, residing in Maastricht, be located, detained and brought to trial. He had left his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Abraham Levies name is listed on a plaque attached to the St. Servaaskerk in Maastricht. The plaque is in remembrance of the Jewish inhabitants of Maastricht who didn't survive the war.
