Elisabeth Kornalijnslijper was a daughter of Gompert Kornalijnslijper and Schoontje Pampel. She married 29 March 1942 in Den Haag to Philip Hekster, a son of Alexander Hekster and Eva Pais.
Elisabeth had a brother Nathan and a sister Sara, who have been killed during the Holocaust too. One sister has survived the war.
