Cato Binger was a daughter of Gerard Binger and Abigael de Jong. She married 23 October 1935 in Amsterdam Arie van de Kar, a son of Joseph van de Kar and Betje Visser. The couple had two children: Joseph and Annette Abigael.
Cato self had four brothers and two sisters: Salomon, Samuel, Abraham, Marcus, Anna and Annetta. They too have been killed during the Shoah.
