Jacob Blog was a son of Levie Blog and Sara van Collem. He married 28 July 1926 in Amsterdam to Rachel Spijer, a daughter of Jacob Spijer and Sara de Vries.
His siblings Marcus, Rachel, Samuel, David, Elizabeth and Debora have been killed too in the Holocaust.
