The Hengelo police commissioner requested that Aron Jacob Menko be located, detained and brought forward. He lived Hengelo and had changed his place of residence without obtaining the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
Aron Menko had been put to work at Camp Moerdijk from Vught. He requested a transfer to Westerbork to join his wife Alida Menko-Cohen there.
