Andreas Stranders was a son of Joseph Simon Stranders and Caroline Rozenzweig, who had toghether eight children: Andreas self, Simon, Eva, Moritz, (who passed away already in 1930, aged 54, and who was married to Marianne Wegloop), Albert, Elias, Gustave and Nathan who survived the Holocaust.
Andreas married in Amsterdam on 10 October 1907 to Marianna Lissauer, daughter of Samuel Lissauer and Jansje Simon Stranders.
