The mayor of Naarden requested that Bastiaan Faure, a carpenter residing at 42 Lootstraat, fourth floor, in Amsterdam 'currently without a permanent place of residence or abode', be located, detained and brought to trial. 'Stated Faure is a Jew and does not have identification card. He carries a Dutch passport indicating that he has worked in France. He also carries an official document with him to prove that two of his grandparents were members of a Protestant congregation. He did not wear a star.'
