The mayor of Brummen requested that Heinz Julius Friedländer be located, detained and brought to trial. A student of agriculture, he resided at H44 in Brummen. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without obtaining the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
