Judith Peeper's parents, Meijer Jesaias Peeper and Marianne Halverstad had in total six children in wedlock. They have decided to give their new born daughter from 6 May 1879 the name of Judith. But seven years later, again a daughter was born on 12 October 1886 and they decided to give this daughter also the first name of Judith. Judith, born 1879, married in 1919, aged 40, to Mozes Zwart but passed away 10 years later on 21 January 1929 in Amsterdam. Judith, who was born in 1886, was unmarried and was killed in Auschwitz on 12 February 1943.

Both recordings of those births with the same name at the Civil Registry of Amsterdam have been agreed upon by the Registrars so Judith Peeper had in a legal way a sister Judith Peeper. - (rather unusual perhaps)
