Mijntje Brameijer was a daughter of Sara Gans and Hendrik Brameijer who's wife has died in 1928. Mijntje's parents were unmarried cohabiting. Mijntje has been officially legalized by her father on 10 May 1937, reason why Mijntje received the familyname of Brameijer. Her mother was previously married but divorced in 1933 from Hijman Joel Denneboom and had already two sons from her first marriage: Levie and Elias Denneboom, her half-brothers. Mijntje has been killed in Auschwitz, togeher with her mother and both her half-brothers on 22 May 1944.
