Meijer Paur

Further research by the editors of the Jewish Monument has shown that Meijer Paur survived the Holocaust after all. Meijer is een zoon van Elias Paur en Rebekka Polak. Hij trouwde 23 november 1904 met Simcha Cohen Rodrigues (25 jaar), dochter van Josua Cohen Rodrigues (A'dam, 29 november 1851) en Rachel Messias.

This transport contained 999 deportees, among them 147 children, younger than 16 years. More or less in the same ratio as in the 1^st convoy. The registrations began on 31 July and were completed 8 days later on 7 August.
