My Mother Kitty (Boom) Gokkes at age 6 - 1930, now lives in Australia and is one of the very few that lived in Holland and survived through the holocaust war period. My father kept her in hiding in Holland during the war period and then after the war then immigrated to Australia with my sister and myself.
