Also spelled Caroline, she was the mother of the founder of Islamic sciences in Germany, Eugen Mittwoch. She lived at Klopstockstr. 4 and Kirchstr. 23 in Berlin-Tiergarted before emigrating to Amsterdam. (International Biographical Encyclopedia of Central European Emigration)
