Karl Friedrich Lewkowitz

Karl Friedrich was a German refugee, who came to the Netherlands on December 22nd 1938. He went directly to Wieringen, but was taken to the NIZ in Amsterdam right away, and from there to the "Apeldoornsche Bosch" where he was operated on. In January 1941 he went to live with his parents in Amsterdam.
Karl Friedrich was a Zionist and worked in the smithy.
His parents were Hildegard Bloch, born in 1897 in Breslau, and Albert. born in 1883 in Georgenberg.
