Willy Gelbart

Willy came to the Netherlands with the first Kindertransport from Vienna on December 11th, 1938. He stayed in The Hague, and was transferred to Amsterdam in May 1940. In March 1942 he moved to the Apeldoornsche Bosch.
His mother was Anna Moses, born on December 1st, 1891 in Poland, his father was Hermann, born on July 23rd, 1889 in Poland. According to some sources Herman had passed away a long time ago, according to others he was still living in Vienna in 1939.
A brother in England survived the war.
