Jonas Weissberger

A Jonas Weissberger, born about 1884, married Rachel Amelia Goldsmid, in 1907 in New South Wales, Australia. They had one child, Gladys, born 1908 in Randwick, NSW, Australia. In 1912 a warrant was issued for the arrest of Jonas Weissberger for child desertion ! Cannot find evidence of his actual arrest.
The above Jonas Weissberger could be the same man .... who fled to Holland and married, bigamously, Marije Blumenkranz, and then died in Auschwitz.
The only reason for telling you about this is ..... if one child survived WW2, he or she may have a sibling in Australia that they didn't know about.
