About Keetje Pels/Engelschman

I was a hidden child in Limburg. I was hidden with my brother Philip by the Mandic Family. My father Marcus Pels did not survive the war. My mother Hendrika Brandon/Pels did and married Michel Engelschman after the war. He adopted my brother and myself and we took his name. In April 1952 we emigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is where i still live. I am interested in finding any information about family. I am really hoping to find out anything about Marcus Pels and any family he may have other than my brother and myself. He was born in Amsterdam Feb.5, 1905. His business before the war was wholesale biscuits and ice cream supplies it was called Pels IJshandel Bedrijf.
