Jakob and Mirla Meerschwam had, additionally to their daughter Dinah, two sons: Israel Samuel Meerschwam, born 10 Feb. 1914, was a physician, and single. Simon Meerschwam, born 22 Nov. 1915, married Charlotte Unger during wartime. Both brothers left the Netherlands in June 1942 and were able to reach Switzerland on June 19, 1942. They survived safely in Switzerland.
