Shimon Sekbach was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 1873 to Mordechai and Sara nee Straus. He was a ritual slaughterer and a cantor in the "Adas Yisroel" community. He married to Heni nee Meier. Prior to WWII he lived in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. During the war he was in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Shimon was murdered in the Holocaust.
