Bloeme Kijser, widow of S. Polak, died on 12 June 1943 in Westerbork transit camp and she was cremated on 15 June 1943. The urn with her ashes was placed on the Jewish cemetry in Muiderberg in row 6, grave number 193.

Bloeme was a daughter of cigar maker Jacob Meijer Keijzer of Amsterdam, and his wife Roosjie Samuel Kijzer. Her parents married in Amsterdam in 1856 and went to America. She was born in the city of Philadelphia, USA on 03 July 1867.
