Elkan (Eddy) Klisser was the son of Joseph Klisser and Beletje de Vries. He was married to Leentje Kok. The couple had two children: Leo and one child that survived the war.
During the war the Klisser family first went into hiding in their own home. Nobody knew they were still there. Later they found hiding places in Driebergen en in Rotterdam. The parents were betrayed and arrested. The children were hiding at different places. Leo was also arrested. The other child was not found.
