Albert Anton Dreher and Minni Löwenstein married in 1913 in Frankfurt am Main. They came to the Netherlands on 25 Januari 1937. Before that time they lived in Frankfurt am Main, in which period they got to know the Frank family. Anne Frank describes Albert Anton Dreher in her diary as an old, deaf and visually handicapped man.
On 30 December 1942 Albert and Minni are deported to Westerbork, where Minni dies shortly after arriving. Shortly afterwards Albert Dreher is deported to Auschwitz.
