Ammon was murdered in the Shoah.

Ammon de Haas was woonachtig in België op de Louizalaan 184 te Brussel.
Hij wordt tijdens zijn vlucht in Nice opgepakt. Hij woonde er in 7 rue Molière en vervolgens in het hotel de Normandie.
In Drancy moet hij zijn bezittingen inleveren, waaronder 5050 Franse francs.
