Toni was the illegitimate daughter of Amalie Tobias from Bingen on Rhine. Amalie went to her aunt Bertha Tobias Wolff in Silvolde in July 1899 and her daughter Toni was born on December 22, 1899. Amalie went back to Germany in January 1900.
Toni was raised at her aunt's family like a daughter. She married Abraham Cohen of Arnhem on February 16, 1921 in Wisch and they ran a coffee house on Wielakker Straat 36, Arnhem. Toni and Abraham had 9 children. One of them died in infancy. The whole family was deported to Auschwitz on January 21, 1943 and killed upon arrival, except their oldest son Emanuel. He perished in March 1944 at an unknown place.
