Rebecca Wagenhuizen, born 19 April 1906 in Amsterdam, was the only and unmarried daughter of Morris Wagenhuizen and Rachel Polak. Her parents, her half-sister Judic Witteboon and Rebecca self, were registered on 12 November 1907 registered at Stanleystraat 8 in Antwerp. Many removals have followed in the districts of Antwerp but on 19 May 1937 she moved with her parents from Wipstraat 9 in Antwerp to Langestraat 57 in Borgerhout.
On 20 February 1940, Rebecca Wagenhuizen left Borgerhout and arrived in Amsterdam where she moved in with her half-sister Judic Witteboon and her husband Philip Nathan Cohen, who meanwhile lived at Van Woustraat 108 1st floor in Amsterdam. On 19 January 1943 she was registered in Westerbork where she had to stay in barrack 19, till she was put on transport to Auschwitz on 29 January 1943. On arrival there on 1 February 1943, Rebecca Wagenhuizen has been killed immediately.
