Leonie Emma Eisendrath

A letter that Leonie Eisendrath wrote on 30 August 1943 while being interned at the punishmentblock in Westerbork has been preserved.

In verband met de publicatie van een boek over de familie Eisendrath, die van 1914 t/m 1942 in Zaandam woonde, zoek ik informatie over deze familie. Alle gegevens, hoe weinig ook, zijn welkom.

In addition, a Jokos file (number 55064) on this family is at the Amsterdam Municipal Archive. Access is subject to authorization from the Stichting Joods Maatschappelijk Werk.The Jokos file reveals that a claim was lodged for compensation for valuables surrendered to the Lippmann-Rosenthal looting bank (L-claim, number 2950/1014).
