The mayor of Wisch requested that Max Jungblut, a farmer, and his wife Franziska Jungblut-Wolf, be located, detained and brought to trial. They resided in Terborg and were suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
