Salomon Gazan, geb. 20.08.1851 in Sommelsdijk, trouwde op 27.08.1885 met Sebilla Levi, geb. 25.06.1861 in Willemstad. Uit dit huwelijk werden geboren: Cato, 13.06.1889, Hartog, 15.06.1890, Izaäk Salomon, 16.02.1892, Margaretha, 22.05.1893, Philip, 22.04.1894 en Roosje, 29.04.1902. Vier andere kinderen uit dit huwelijk overleden al voor de deportaties naar Westerbork begonnen.
