Heijman Moses was the oldest son and third child of Samuel Moses en Elizabeth van Engers. According to tradition Heijman was gloomy and of a retiring disposition. He felt the German occupation meant nothing good. After arrival in Auschwitz he received number 64685. According to records of the hospital in Auschwitz he was in the 'Krankenbau' on 9 November 1942. Two days later he died.
