The mayor of Oude Pekela requested that Bernhard Goldsmit, a rag dealer, and his sisters Bertha Goldsmit and Johanna Goldsmit, residing in Oude Pekela, be located. They were suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
