The Public Prosecutor of Rotterdam county court made it known that the minor Heintje Theeboom had been 'temporarily entrusted into the care of the Rotterdam Guardianship Board on the basis that her parents were not able to fulfill their duties since her father was on the run and her mother had been arrested by the German authorities'.
