Raphaël Bachrach

The police chief commissioner of Arnhem requested that Raphaël Bachrach be located. A resident of Arnhem, he was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Raphaël (Rudie) Bachrach werd geboren op 20 september 1926 in Arnhem als oudste van de drie zonen van Salomon Bachrach en Sophie Lievendag. In 1928 en 1930 kreeg hij nog twee broertjes: Siegfried en Nico.

Salomon Bachrach was married. He and his wife had three children and lived at 7 Pastoorstraat in Arnhem. The entire family was in hiding. In October 1942 they were listed by the Arnhem police commissioner as missing in the Algemeen Politieblad of Arnhem. Salomon Bachrach was suspected o having changed his place of residence without the required authorization.
