Albert Pappenheim

Albert is geboren in Eschwege. Zijn ouder waren tabakshandelaar Lazarus (Louis), 1832-89 en Betti Rosenthal, 1840-71. Van de drie broers en een zusje is slechts een broer volwassen geworden. De vader is in 1873 hertrouwd met Emma Schirlingen heeft nog een zoon en drie dochters gekregen. Albert is in 1900 getrouwd met Dorothea Klein uit Bad Sobernheim, waarmee hij twee zonen kreeg.

Albert Pappenheim was a bank manager in Trier. In 1940 he came to the Netherlands together with his wife Dorothea Klein. The couple had two children who both survived the war.
