Hijman Polak, born 10 July 1881 in Amsterdam, was a son of Barend Polak and Klara Vos. He married Henriëtte Swalef in Amsterdam on 21 December 1910, a daughter of Zacharias Swalef and Elisabeth Sarlie. As far as could be researched, Hijman and Henriëtte had no offspring.
