Zadok Blitz *31 oktober 1886, was echtgenoot van Mijntje Simha Blitz-Abendana Namias.
Zij traden in het huwelijk op 14 november 1917 in Zaandam. Er werden twee kinderen geboren, Elisabeth *7 augustus 1918 en Hanna *2 februari 1924. Zadok Blitz overlijdt op 23 maart 1924. Mijntje hertrouwt niet.
Elisabeth en Hanna overleven. Zij vertrokken op 13 juni 1947 naar Batavia.
