Machiel Brilleslijper

Machiel Brilleslijper was a son of Joseph Brilleslijper and Vrouwtje van Geens. He married 11 April 1934 in Amsterdam to Elisabeth de Rooy, daughther of Samson de Rooy and Carolina Cohen.
He had two other sisters: Margaretha and Rebekka and a half-brother Hartog from the 2nd marriage of his father.

In 1883 trouwde Margaretha Halberstadt in Amsterdam met Jonas van Geens, die zelf uit Meppel kwam.
