Een politierapport van 4 december 1942 vermeld dat Rosa Slager met nog enkele andere joden in Ermelo verbleef, echter zonder verhuis- en reisvergunning. Zij liep buiten in het openbaar zonder de verplichte "jodenster" en is aldaar opgepakt samen met haar zoontje Andries en overgedragen aan de S.D. te Arnhem.
