About Rachel Stork

Rachel Stork was a daughter of Levie Emanuel Stork and Anna van Baren. She married Jacob Polak in Amsterdam on 6 November 1907, a son of Philip Polak and Catharina de Jong. She had four children with her husband Jacob, of whom three have survived the Holocaust. Only her daughter Elisabeth  was killed too during the Shoah.
