Louise Blitz was a daughter of Mina Blitz. Born 12 December 1935, her biological father was Emanuel Vrachtdoender. Her parents, Mina and Emanuel, divorced 19 June 1936, when she was 6 months old. She adopted the maiden name of her mother: Blitz.
Her mother remarried one year later in 1937 to Levie Rabbie.
