Sara Duifje Benima-de Vries

Sara de Vries was a typical housewife. She lived for her husband and children. She worked as a volunteer with poor children. She was a very strong woman. Material things were no concern to her. Only her husband and children were important.

Salomon Benima and Sara Duifje de Vries married in 1913 in Amsterdam. They had six children, of whom two did not live at home anymore. Five children survived the war.
