David Polak

David Polak was a son of Levie Simon Polak and Eva Hamburger. He married 5 April 1905 to Rachel van West, who survived the Holocaust. The couple had nine children: Levie, Isaac, Rebecca, Eva, Mietje, Jesaya, Lehman, Simon, and one child who has died in 1910 aged nearly 2 years old.
