Isaac werd op 16-12-1879 geboren in Amsterdam. Isaac was de zoon van Elias Snuijf en Eva Cats. Hij trouwde op 13-8-1908 met Bloeme Pais (geboren op 9-1-1886) en kreeg één dochter, Eva Snuijf.
