Roosje Haamerslag was a daughter of David Haamerslag and Elisabeth Gans. She married 22 July 1891 in Amsterdam as widow of Abraham Meents, at the age of 22 to Levie Piller, son of Hartog Piller and Mietje Tammerijn.
