About Suzanna de Zoete-Gans

Suzanna Gans, also known as Suze, was the daughter of David Gans and Frederika (Fratchen) Schwartz. Her father had a butcher shop at the Wooldstraat in Winterswijk.
Suze Gans had five sisters: Debora, Mathilda Helena Betha Emma, Bethje and two sisters who survived the war.

Sigismund de Zoete and his family

Sigismund de Zoete and his wife Suzanna de Zoete-Gans had their first child around 1930. Their oldest son suffered from severe Multiple Sclerosis. Omstreeks 1938 overleed hij.
