Marianne Sitters, born on 4 June 1878 in Gorinchem, was a daughter of Salomon Sitters and Elisabeth Hoffman. She married in Leeuwarden on 15 November 1899 the son of Izak Cohen and Margaretha de Jong, Hartog Cohen, who was born there on 11 September 1873.
