Sientje is een dochter van Alfred Cohen en Marianne van Zuiden. Ze trouwde 16 september 1913 met Benjamin Manus (A'dam, 26 januari 1892, kantoorbediende van beroep), zoon van Felix Theodort Manus en Sara van Embden.
