Mietje de Leeuwe was the daughter of Meyer Israel de Leeuwe and Esther van Stedum.
She married to Eliazer Posener, but they divorced and she moved from Rotterdam to Antwerp. In 1929 she came back to Rotterdam with four children. Her eldest child died in 1939. Three children survived the war.
