Volgens de journaliste Liesbeth van Weezel woonde voor de oorlog Dooseman Pretoriusplein 4 1-hoog, het gezin Van Weezel 2-hoog en David Wijnkoop 3-hoog.

Esther Muller married for the second time to Barend Dooseman. Esther had a son, Louis, who was mentioned in the testament of Barend. Perhaps Louis van Maarsen, who lived at the same address as Barend and Esther, was that son.
