Arpad Weisz

Arpad Weisz was a trainer for the Dordrecht football club DFC. His son Robert, also known as Robbie, played football for the same club. In the DFC jubilee book (1883-2008) more than six pages are about Arpad Weisz, with many pictures of his time in Dordrecht. In the Dordrecht
resistance museum a temporary display case dedicated to him was erected in 2008.

Het artikel (Misjpoge, 2007-4) pretendeerde ook niet volledig te zijn. Eén naam dient toch nog genoemd te worden, namelijk Árpád Weisz (Solt 16 april 1896). In zijn geboorteland Hongarije klom de Joodse Weisz op tot de voetbaltop. Het seizoen 1923-1924 speelde hij voor Maccabi Brno (Moravië), om vervolgens in Italië uit te komen voor o.a.
