Geertje Knorringa-van Haren

Geertje van Haren was the youngest daughter of Joseph Jacob van Haren and Betje van der Hal. Geertje grew up in a family with seven children. Both her parents died before the war.

Geertje had nog een ouder zusje Cresia, dat maar een maand heeft geleefd. Zij is een van de 23 personen die op de oude Joodse begraafplaats in Loppersum zijn begraven, voor wie maandag 10 juni een monument wordt onthuld.
